CHEESE STRAWS

Ingredience:

1 9-ounce package pie crust mix
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
20 ounces or more, grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 or 5 tablespoons water

Method:

Blend pie crust mix, salt and cayenne pepper together. Cut mixture into grated cheese. Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough holds together.
Roll out on floured board until dough is very thin. Cut into strips and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until crisp.
