SOUR CREAM BISCUITS

Ingredients:

2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients and spoon into small, un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Cook Time 30 min
Level Easy
Yield 24 small biscuits (muffins) or 12 large biscuits (muffins)

Editor's Note: These are the BEST Biscuits(muffins)I've ever tasted. It is a fast and easy recipe, and DELICIOUS. The mini-muffin tin size are the best.
Great as is, or, add some cheese to the biscuits (muffins) for some extra flavor.
